The hotel had a great location with tourist attractions nearby. i could walk to restaurants and shopping areas easily. the beds were comfortable. It was nice. the standard room felt bigger than rooms i have stayed in across europe.
the room was quite small for two people. the air conditioner did not work properly, neither for heating nor cooling. this was a problem, and i had to open the balcony door for fresh air at night.

i found the hotel very clean. staff were polite when i asked for pillows. the hotel location allows easy access to the airport via train and you can walk to the train station. breakfast had many options.
the bar and restaurant are not very cute in my opinion and a little noisy.

the location is great. i was close to the botanical gardens and the prado museum. the staff were friendly. the breakfast included many choices.
the security at the door acted unfriendly. it felt more like an angry club bouncer. the bed was bad. the sheets were odd because there wasnt a proper cover.
